Media-Soft, ISV from Čakovec, CRM specialist for life-science industry wan a tender (among 15 bidders from all over the world) for implementation of its MediaSoft Cloud Based Multichannel CRM Solution at Gedeon Richer subsidiaries and offices in 20 countries. Gedeon Richer is 1.18 billion in revenue, 110 years old pharma company headquartered in Budapest. Although the contract amount was unveiled, the scope of the project suggests this to (most likely) be the largest international software application deal of any Croatian ISV. In 2013, Media-Soft has been placed among the top CRM platform providers for pharma industry globally, according to IDC Healthcare Insights.
