Ericsson’s 1,900 employees Croatian subsidiary, took over 640 engineers and technicians from Croatian Telecom (HT) under the umbrella of its newly founded daughter arm Ericsson Nikola Tesla Services. As from the beginning of September, the new company manage fixed and mobile HT’s networks as well as care for technology development and supplier relations. The five year contract lean against restructuring efforts of the leading Croatian telecom operator. The deal is considered as far largest outsourcing transaction in the country ever.
